Investor/Enterprenuership Program
Investor/Entrepreneurship Canadian Immigration Program allows people across the world to start or spread the business in Canada. This program helps grow the Canadian economy by creating new jobs for residents of Canada. But people who intend to live in Quebec are not allowed to apply for this program; they can only apply under Quebec Entrepreneur Program.
This program is approved by the Federal Entrepreneur Program and once approved; the applicant is eligible to apply his/her Canadian Permanent Visa along with the family visas.
Some popular PNP are Entrepreneur Stream programs, Nova Scotia PNP Entrepreneur Stream, BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration, and Manitoba Business Investor Stream.
Eligibility criteria for applying for Investor/Entrepreneurship Program:
- If you want to apply for Investor/Entrepreneurship Program you have to establish or acquire at least 33.3% equity in an existing Canadian company in fact applicant has to create a position for a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent resident for the company.
- The applicant should have a minimum net worth of $ 300,000 CAD which should be earned legally.
- The applicant should have a successful business background of two years.
- The applicant and his family members applying for permanent residence in Canada should be in good health.
- The applicant and his family should not have any criminal record.
